Daily Financial Reports |
There are several ways to create daily financial reports in Sensei Cloud. Some examples include: Location Tab (or All Locations Tab) > Financials > Report Generator > Production by Code Report Dashboard Tab > Reports > Transaction List Location Tab (or All Locations Tab) > Financials > Report Generator > Daily Activity Report

The schedule/diary can be printed in grid or list view. |
Did Not Attend (DNA) Report | Location Tab (or All Locations Tab) > Appt Worklists > Pending List How to Delete or Reschedule an Appointment From the Pending List |
The Pending List allows you to identify failed appointments, which is Sensei Cloud's version of a "Did Not Attend". While the Sensei Cloud report is not identical, it does support monitoring of pending appointments and includes a filter as well as data on the scheduled production value of the appointment. |
Practice Occupancy | Dashboard Tab > Springboard > Occupancy Widget How to Change Which Widgets Are Viewable in Springboard |
The Occupancy Widget is not exactly the same as the R4 report, but you can view how many slots are available and how many are occupied. |
EDI Claim Count |
Administration Tab > Contracts
How to Add an NHS Contract How to Use the NHS Contract Tracking Widget How to Work with NHS Orthodontic Claims Location Tab (or All Locations Tab) > Financials > Production by Code Report
How to Use the Report Generator Dashboard Tab > Reports > Transaction List
How to Generate Transaction Reports |
UDA reporting can be handled via the (NHS) Contracts functionality in the Administration Tab. Transaction reporting (for band charges) can be handled in a few different ways, using either the Production By Code Report or Transaction List reporting. |
Open Courses of Treatment | Location Tab (or All Locations Tab) > Appt Worklists > Treatment Plan List NHS Treatment Planning |
The Treatment Plan List provides a list of patients with open courses of treatment. You can also perform a variety of actions from this list, such as scheduling, managing, editing, closing, or rejecting treatment plans. |
Last Completed Appointment | Dashboard Tab > Reports > Patient List How to Generate Patient List Reports |
The patient's Last Visit date is displayed on the Pt Info tab of the Patient Snapshot. The closest report in Sensei Cloud is the Patient List Report (making sure to include the Last Visit Date column), but this report does not specify whether the last appointment was dental or hygiene. |
Patients Who Have Had X Treatment (Management Report) |
Dashboard Tab > Reports > Transaction List
Location Tab (or All Locations Tab) > Financials > Report Generator > Production by Code Report
How to Use the Report Generator |
This can be achieved by running a Transaction Report that includes Patient Name and pulls the list of charge transactions (from a given period) that are tied to the defined subset of office codes. Generating the Production by Code Report in the Totals, Subtotals, and Details report format (and including patient information in the filters) produces similar results. |
Patients in Debt/Credit | Location Tab (or All Locations Tab) > Financials > Accounts Receivable How to Print the Accounts Receivable Report |
The Accounts Receivable is a list of patients with aged accounts or that have credit balances. |
Patient Contact Information Email/Mobile | Dashboard Tab > Reports > Patient List How to Generate Patient List Reports |
Patient List Reports allow you to generate a list of patients with some contact information included, such as the patient's default phone number and email address. |
