How to Create a Scheme

For practices in the UK, Sensei Cloud allows you to add new Schemes based on private pay schedules. 

To create a scheme:

1. From the Administration tab, select Practice Settings > Patient Schemes.
2. Under Actions, click Create New Scheme.
3. From the Scheme Type drop-down list, select Private.
4. Enter a name for the scheme.
   
5. Click Save.

Note: You can assign procedure lists/fee schedules to a scheme. You are able to deactivate private fee schedules you no longer need, but you cannot deactivate any lists that are currently linked to a scheme. See How to Use Multiple Procedure Lists/Fee Schedules for more information.
