How to Create an NHS Claim in Wales for a Patient that Fails to Attend

To create an NHS Claim in Wales for a patient that fails to attend:

1. From the Patient tab, select Treatment Plans.
2. Under Actions, select Create New Plan. The Create New Treatment Plan window is displayed. 
3. Fill out the required details to create a new course of treatment. 
   
4. Click OK. The Manage Treatment Plan window is displayed. 
5. Leave the course of treatment empty and accept it.
   
6. Select Complete Plan to complete empty plan. The NHS claim window is displayed.
   
7. Under Other Services, select New Urgent Patient Referral and Patient Did Not Attend. 
   
8. Mark the claim as Ready to Send and them submit it as normal.
