The Patient Satisfaction Survey is configured at installation. Five questions are sent to each patient, drawn from a larger set, with some questions rotating between sends.
The survey is sent as a series of SMS messages. When the patient replies to the first question, the next question is sent, and so on, until all five have been answered. Scores are recorded in Patient Bridge under Surveys.
To turn on the survey:
- Log in to Patient Bridge using an Administrator account.
- Select Practices.
- From the Actions drop-down list, select Edit Practice.
- Select Auto Patsat.
- Click Save.
Note: Once enabled, patients begin receiving the survey after their appointments.
The questions are:
- Overall, how was your experience of our service?
- How likely are you to recommend our service to your friends and family?
- How satisfied were you when booking your appointment?
- How satisfied were you that the available care and treatment was communicated clearly to you?
- How satisfied were you that your views were sought and considered during your consultation?
Note: To have the survey reconfigured, contact Support.
