You have the ability to manually send a collection form using Patient Bridge.
To manually send a collection form via the Virtual Waiting Room in Patient Bridge:
- Log into the Virtual Waiting Room.
- From the Admin Menu, click Forms Collections. The Form Collection Management screen is displayed.
- Click Create Collection.
The Add Collection window is displayed. - Enter a Collection Name and select a type from the drop-down list.
- Click Confirm. The Editing Collection window is displayed.
- From the Choose a form drop-down list, select a form.
- Click Add. The form is added to the Form Collection Management list and can be sent from the Select Form Collection section.
