Viewing an ACORN Assessment
Open the NHS patient record.
Go to Clinical > Dental Chart.
Under Mode, select Planning.
Click the tree icon
.
Use the Previous drop-down to access earlier assessments.
Creating an ACORN Assessment
Open the NHS patient record.
Go to Clinical > Dental Chart.
Under Mode, select Planning.
Click the tree icon
.
Complete the assessment fields as required.
Click Save when finished.
