Issue - Clinical notes templates missing

Office notices their active clinical notes templates are missing:

Some settings in clinical notes were changed after the recent update Sensei Cloud Release 0.1.16411| 13 Jul 2025 that associates the templates to the user logged in. Changing the Associated to "All Users" will allow all active templates to be seen.  This change will remain until the user logs out.
