Problem: The customer is unable to uncomplete a course of treatment.
A reason users may be unable to uncomplete courses of treatment is because there is another accepted plan. An office cannot have 2 NHS plans in "Accepted Status" using Sensei Cloud.
NHS Dental Treatment Plans can only be uncompleted if the claim is in "Not Ready" or "Deleted" state and no other NHS plan is in an "Accepted" state.
