Purpose:
If a device is not being recognized, it is helpful to determine if TWAIN driver is installed and working properly.
Install Twacker to test connectivity outside of CSD programs.
Download Twack.zip (located at the bottom of the page), extract and Install either Twacker32 or 64 (older OS compatible drivers use 32, otherwise use 64). Follow the steps to use Twacker once successfully installed:

1. Open Twacker
- Find and open Twacker from the Start Menu or Desktop Shortcut.
2. Select Your Device
- Click File > Select Source

- Right-click Twacker and choose Run as administrator.
- Ensure the correct driver is installed.
- NOTE: If the above steps did not work please contact your device’s manufacturer or IT support if needed.
3. Acquire an Image
