Issue: When the user clicks on "Check Eligibility" and receives an error stating "Patient insurance eligibility request failed. Try again later or contact support if the problem persists".
Cause: A user can experience this if "eVerifications" is not checked in TMS or Salesforce is missing information.
Solution: If the agent does not have access to TMS, reach out to the eServices team, and ensure that
"eVerifications" is activated:
