Patient Bridge has the functionality to send template-based SMS messages to patients. These messages do not contain any appointment or GDPR-related information.
To send a template-based SMS message to a patient using a template:
- From the menu bar, select Patient Search.

- Click the Actions button.

- Select Send Communication.
- Select the template and click Send. This cannot be customized in any way.
