How to Send an SMS Message to a Patient Using a Template in Patient Bridge

Patient Bridge has the functionality to send template-based SMS messages to patients. These messages do not contain any appointment or GDPR-related information.

To send a template-based SMS message to a patient using a template:

1. From the menu bar, select Patient Search.
   
2. Click the Actions button.
   
   
   
3. Select Send Communication.
4. Select the template and click Send. This cannot be customized in any way.
