Patient Bridge allows a user to send a message to a group of patients when uncontrollable events occur, such as a dentist being off sick. The steps below cover the various bulk messaging functions within Patient Bridge.

Cancel Todays Appointments
Selecting this option will display a list of patients who have appointments on the current day.
To send a cancellation message, select Send Options in the lower left corner.
The cancellation template is pre-selected but can be changed if needed.
Click Send to send the cancellation messages.

Cancel Future Appointments
Selecting this option displays a list of all appointments for the next three days. From here the results can be narrowed further using the filtering options on the left side of the screen.
When the filters have been applied, click Send Options.
Select a template from the list and click Send to send the messages.

Practice Closure
The Practice Closure screen returns a list of all patients. This can be further narrowed down using the filters on the left hand side.
When the list is correct, select Send Options at the bottom of the list.
Select a template and click Send to send the messages.
