How to Check a Completed Form in the Virtual Waiting Room in Patient Bridge

Patients complete forms before attending the practice using an online link. You can view a completed form to confirm it has been filled in fully before the patient arrives.

To check a completed form in the Virtual Waiting Room:

1. Select the patient's name in the Virtual Waiting Room.
2. Click Actions next to the completed form.
   
   Note: A green tick (checkmark) indicates the form has been completed.
3. Select View or Download Form.
