How to Turn a VWRLink Merge Field into a Clickable Link in Patient Bridge

If a Virtual Waiting Room (VWR) link is inserted into an email template as plain text, patients cannot click it. You must convert the text to a hyperlink so that it is clickable.

To turn a VWRLink merge field into a clickable link:

1. Log in to Patient Bridge.
2. From the menu bar, select Communications, then click Reminders.
3. Click Manage Templates.
   
4. From the Actions drop-down list for the template, select Edit.
5. Highlight the text to convert into a link.
   
6. Click the Link icon.
   
7. Set Protocol to <other> and set URL to (vwrlink).
   
   Note: vwrlink must be entered in lower case.
8. Click OK.
9. Click Save.
