How to Show a Primary Tooth in the Hard Tissue Chart

To show a primary tooth in the Hard Tissue Chart/Dental Chart:

1. From the Patient tab, select Clinical > Hard Tissue Chart (US) or Dental Chart (UK).
2. Click the tooth number.
3. Select Change to Primary.
   
   
   The tooth is displayed as a Primary tooth in the chart.
   

Note: Notes are added to the patient's Clinical Notes indicating a Change to Permanent/Primary and Tooth Present.
