The Ledger History Audit Report allows you to audit Patient Ledger transactions posted by users in your practice for a specified reporting period. You can review a detailed list of transactions posted, removed, and/or corrected per user and quickly and easily filter to transactions from specific locations, transaction types, and more.
Access this report from the Audits menu of the Dashboard tab (Dashboard > Audits > Ledger History).
The on-screen report includes a list of users that have posted applicable transactions in the selected time period. You can click on the User's line item to expand it and view the specific transaction details.
