How to Check the Status of the Sensei Platform

The Carestream Dental Status Page provides real-time updates on system performance and full or partial outages that may disrupt users. Access this page to view the current status of the Sensei Platform, as well as eServices and other hosted integrations.

You can also subscribe to be notified whenever an incident is created, updated, or resolved.

To receive notifications and updates:

1. In your browser, go to https://csdental.statuspage.io/. The Carestream Dental Status Page is displayed.
   
2. Click SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES.
3. Enter your email address and click SUBSCRIBE VIA EMAIL. You are prompted to verify you are a person.
4. Complete the requested task.  You are prompted to select components for your updates. 
   
5. Select the components for which you want notifications.
   Note: The entire list is included by default. Customize your notifications by clicking Select none, and then selecting the components that are relevant to your practice.
6. Click Save. You will receive an email prompting you to confirm your subscription in order to activate it.
