This article will cover how you can view your ticket history with Sensei Support.
Please note that there are 3 possible Status options when it comes to a ticket. Depending on the current status of the ticket, will depend on the visibility you have.
Ticket Status':
Open - The ticket is currently in an open state and being worked on.
Awaiting Your Reply - The ticket is currently waiting for a reply from yourself, or for a scheduled call window. Specific reasoning can be found within the ticket based on the last contact message.
Solved - The ticket has now been marked as solved.
To view your ticket history, you can go to the Sensei Help page here: https://help.gosensei.com/
From here you can log in. When logging in, if you are presented with an incorrect email/password error, select "Request Password". This will then email you an activation link to access the page.
Once logged in, select your name at the top, and select "My Activities" from the dropdown.
This will now put you into "My Requests" where you should see your ticket history with Sensei Support. You can then click into each item as needed to review any and all external facing notes we may have entered, but also any notes you also entered.
Within this screen, you are able to freely add notes and chase for an update if required. You can provide further information as needed to assist with your ticket. You can also, if you feel the ticket is resolved, or it has resolved itself, add a note, and close the ticket yourself.
Additional Note: You will see any notes in the ticket that you add, or that the ticket was opened with. You will also see any notes that we add that are "External Notes" which are intended to be seen by the ticket holder. You will not see any notes that the support team add as "Internal Notes".
