New Features, Fixes, and Enhancements
This week's release delivers more UserVoice requested features:
Financial Daysheet: Auto Close Feature
Sensei Cloud now enables you to set the Financial Daysheet (Location > Financials > Daysheet) to close automatically at the end of each day. When this setting is enabled for a Location, the Daysheet closes at 11:59 PM in the time zone defined for the Location.
To enable this setting, select Administration > Practice Settings > General > Edit General Settings > Daysheet Closing. When you set Auto Close Daysheet to Yes, you are prompted to select the Location(s) for which you are enabling this feature.
- Select each Location you want to be closed automatically, and then click Save.
Note: When the feature is enabled for a Location, you are still able to "close the day" manually as desired. - When a Daysheet is closed automatically, the standard reports (Daily Totals, Deposit Slip, etc.) are generated automatically and archived.
- The Archived Daysheet (Location > Archives > Archived Daysheets) indicates Auto Svc in the Closed By column.
For more information, see How to Use the Financial Daysheet.
Ledger History Audit Report
Sensei Cloud's Audit functionality (Dashboard > Audits) now includes a Ledger History - Report you can use to audit ledger entries posted by the users in your practice.
The Ledger History - Report screen enables you to review all transaction-based actions (posting, removing, adjusting) performed by team members on patient ledgers during the defined reporting period. You can also filter the report by Location, Transactions of Type, and Actions.
- The report defaults to the Last 7 Days for all Users, Locations, Transaction Types and Actions.
- Use the filters to refine the list and click Apply Filter.
- Select a User Name in the list to expand the details for that user.
- Use the Search Patients field to refine the list for a specified patient.
- Click Export to create and download a .CSV file of the current report data.
