How to Create an Online Booking Service in Patient Bridge

To create an online booking service in Patient Bridge:

1. Log in to Patient Bridge.
2. From the main menu, select Patient Portal.
   
3. Click Manage Services.
   
4. Click Add Service.
   
5. Enter the Service Details:
   
   -- Service Name: The name to be displayed on the online booking website.
   -- Service Description: Enter any additional information you want to include.
   -- Mapped Treatment: Select the appointment type. This is an appointment that links from Sensei Cloud.
   -- Service Category: Select the best category for this service.
   -- Invitation Only: Only select this option if you are sending as recall. Leave this deselected for an online booking website.
   -- Cancellation Enabled: If selected, appointments can be canceled online. We recommend leaving this option deselected as there is no time frame. When deselected, the patient has to call to cancel.
   -- Active: Always leave this option selected.
6. Enter the Service Times:
   -- Service Duration: Time slot length for the service, match the Sensei Cloud timings.
   -- Minimum Lead Time: How far does it go before it opens. This can be entered as days or minutes.
   -- Maximum Lead Time: How far in advance the online booking looks. Select from the following options: One, Two, Three or Four months.
   
   Note: For example, in the preceding image, the slots will look for: 15 minutes, 2 days’ notice required and open for up to 1 month.
7. Complete the Payment Section:
   -- Requires Pre-payment: Select this option if you want to make a pre-payment required.
   -- Pre-payment amount: Enter the amount required for the pre-payment.
   -- Pre-payment label: Add extra detail for information.
   Note: If you have the pre-payment selected, you must have a stripe account set up and configured.
8. Complete the Link Settings, if required. We recommend leaving this section blank.
   
9. Click Save.
   Note: This can be amended at any stage. The pre-payment requirement can be removed and timings can be amended where required. To amend the settings, select Actions and then click Update.
