How to Book an Online Appointment Using the Patient Bridge Website Link

Note: You must have an active online booking service, schedule, and website link.

To book an online appointment:

1. Use the website link you have created and copy this into a URL. The web link denotes how it looks.
   -- If a web link is for one specific dentist, you are directed straight to dentist times.
   -- If a web link is for multiple dentists, you are prompted to select a service.
   
2. Click Select Service.
   
3. Select a dentist or select No Preference.
   
   Note: If you select No Preference, all dentists who have a schedule for that particular service are displayed.
   
4. Choose a time by clicking Book.
   
5. Enter the following details:
   -- First name
   -- Last name
   -- Date of Birth
   -- Phone Number
   -- Email address
   -- Address
   
   Note: These fields must exactly match how they are entered in Sensei Cloud or a second record is created.
6. Click Send me a verification code. This sends a code to the patient's mobile.
7. Have the patient enter the verification code to continue.
8. Clarify the details of the appointment and agree to the terms and conditions.
   
9. Click Request Appointment.
   The patient then receives the following pending reservation.
   
   If the appointment is secured, the patient will receive a confirmation, or if there is an issue they will be notified to try again.
