How to Enable/Disable Friends and Family Test (FFT) in Patient Bridge

Patient Bridge: Friends & Family Test Recorded Class

To enable or disable Friends and Family Test (FFT):

1. Log in to Patient Bridge using a Practice Manager account.
2. From the main menu, select Admin.
3. Click Edit Practice.
   
4. Scroll down and select or deselect the Auto FFT option.
   
5. Click Save.
   Note:
   -- If selected, FFT is active. Deselect the option to deactivate it.
   -- FFTs are designed for NHS, not Private.
