Patient Bridge Working Hours allow your practice to adjust the active hours for clinicians and the services that are available for online booking during those hours.
To amend the working hours for a clinician in Patient Bridge:
- Log in to Patient Bridge.
- From the main menu, select Patient Portal.
- Click Manage Schedule.
- Click Add Schedule to add a new schedule or adjust an existing schedule via the Actions drop-down list.
- Enter the relevant information for the following fields:
-- Day of the Week
-- Bookable Services
-- Chair
-- Clinician
Note: Chair and Clinician should be the same person.
-- Start Time
-- End Time
-- Appointment Zone - Click Save.
