Use the Claims Management window to manage claims for a location or all locations in a practice.
From the All Locations or Location tab, select NHS Claims > Claims Management. The Claims Management window is displayed, listing the claims for the selected location.
For each claim, the Claim Number, Status, Claim Type (Dental, Ortho - Start or Ortho - End), Acceptance Date, Completion Date, Charge Amount, UDA/UOA, Claiming Dentist, Patient Forename, Patient Surname, Continuation status, and Guaranteed status are displayed. You can sort the list by any of these columns.
From the Actions menu, you can send/receive claims. See How to Send and Receive NHS EDI Claims for more information.
Use the Filter List to refine the list by claim status, contract types, provider, or claim type.
Select a claim in the list to display the full claim details. You can update the claim, mark the claim as ready to send, click to view the history of the claim, or click to view the treatment plan.
