How to Reset Your Sensei Imaging Password

If you have forgotten your Sensei Imaging password, you have the ability to reset your password.

To reset your password:

1. Visit the Sensei Imaging Portal via (yourportal).senseiimaging.com.
   Example:  johndoedental.senseiimaging.com
2. Click Reset Your Password.
   
3. Enter your username and email address.
4. Click Reset. An email is sent to you with a temporary password.
   
5. Log into the Sensei Imaging portal using the provided temporary password.
6. Click Change your password. The Change Password window is displayed.
   
   
7. Enter your current password (the temporary password you received in your email), a new password, and confirm the new password.
   
   Tip: Select Show password text to view the new password you are typing rather than asterisks. 
8. Click Reset. Your password is updated to the new password and you are redirected to Sensei Imaging.
