Practices in the UK can integrate Sensei Cloud with DÜRR DENTAL's VistaSoft imaging software for use with the VistaScan sensors and imaging equipment. Sensei Cloud supports a one-way imaging bridge integration.
Important:
-Since this is a one-way imaging bridge, images acquired through VistaSoft are not uploaded to the cloud or accessible directly in Sensei Cloud. However, the patient’s name and Patient ID connect the two systems to provide access to the images in VistaSoft.
-Acquired images will be stored per the configuration in the imaging software, so future access is contingent on access to the selected repository (e.g., drive/folder location or network storage).
Note: For the highest accuracy, customers need to install (or reinstall) the imaging bridge on each computer that they want to use VistaSoft to acquire or review images.
Location Setting
From the Administration tab, select Devices & Integrations > Imaging, and then select Durr VistaSoft as the Imaging software used in your location.
Note: If you have not installed the Imaging Bridge, follow the on-screen instructions.
For multi-location practices, enabling the imaging software integration is per location. You must enable the VistaSoft imaging software in each location from which it will be used to acquire and review images.
Patient Setting
To select VistaSoft from a Patient tab:
- From the Patient tab, select Clinical > Images.
- Click Install Imaging Bridge, if necessary.
- Follow the prompts to select Durr VistaSoft.
Note: You can also click Acquire New Image to acquire new images for the patient via supported / connected hardware and VistaSoft. See How to View or Acquire Patient Images for more information.
Accessing VistaSoft
When the VistaSoft integration is established, click Acquire New Image > select Durr VistaSoft > click Launch Imaging. Sensei Cloud opens VistaSoft and shares the patient name and patient ID, which are used to access the patient's images in the imaging software directory.
