How to Send a Custom SMS Message to a Patient Using Patient Bridge

To send a custom SMS message to a patient using Patient Bridge:

1. From the menu bar, click on Patient Search.
   
   
   
2. Click the Actions button.
   
   
   
3. Select Quick SMS.  The patient's mobile number will be automatically populated.
4. Select a template to send to the patient.
5. Enter a message in the text field. This message cannot include any data fields or form links from Virtual Waiting Room.
   
   
   
6. Click Send.
