How to Request a Review in Patient Bridge

Patient Bridge can send review requests for patients to review the service provided by the practice. To send a review request to a patient:

1. From the menu bar, select Patient Search.
   
   
   
2. Click the Actions button.
   
   
   
3. Select Request Review.
4. Specify the review location. Currently Google and NHS UK are supported.
   
   - Specifying Google will send the patient directly to the practice's business section on Google.
   - Specifying NHS will send the patient to the practice NHS listing on www.nhs.uk. 
   
   
   
   
5. Edit the message text if required.
6. Click Send to send the review.
