The Anesthesia Usage Worklist allows you to track the drugs and gases that have been administered to patients in your practice during surgery (as recorded on the Anesthesia Record) within the selected date range.
This worklist can be used to help track inventory of surgical drugs and gases, generally audit anesthetic usage, or specifically audit administration of controlled substances during surgery.
Along with the Patient Name and Drug Name, the worklist also includes details such as the date and time the drug was administered, dosage, the CNRA who administered the drug, and the Provider.
Note: The Anesthesia Usage Worklist is available for practices that have Oral Surgery features enabled.
To access the list, navigate to Location or All Locations > To Do > Anesthesia Usage Worklist.
The following columns are present in the list: Date of Administration, Time of Administration, Drug Name, Dose, CRNA, Provider, Patient Name, Patient ID, as well as Location (if accessing from the All Locations tab).
Tip: You can sort the list by clicking the column heads.
