To cancel an appointment:
- Click on the appointment to display the Appointment Details window.
- Click Cancel. The Cancel Appointment window is displayed.
- Select the Cancel Type: Cancelled, Broken, Failed, or Deleted.
-Cancelled = Removes from appointment book to the Pending List
-Broken = Removes from appointment book to the Pending List
-Failed = Remains on Scheduler (tile appearance changes) and added to Pending List
-Deleted = Removes from system (not added to the Pending List)
- Enter the reason.
- Click OK.
