How to Schedule a Patient Treatment Plan Appointment

To schedule a treatment plan appointment from the Schedule:

1. Click the time slot in the Schedule on which you want to schedule the appointment.
2. In the Search Patients field, select the patient you want to schedule.
3. In the Appointment for window, click Treatment Plan.  Procedures which have been added to the Treatment Plan are displayed.
4. Next to a procedure, click Add To Appointment.
5. Click Schedule Appointment.
   

To schedule a treatment plan appointment from the Patient Home tab:

1. From the Patient tab, click Treatment Plan.
2. Select the procedure on the Treatment Plan that you want to schedule.  To Select All, select the  Procedure option.
3. Under Actions, click Schedule Selected.
4. Click Schedule Appointment.
5. Navigate to the time slot in the Schedule.
6. Click-and-drag the appointment from the left side of the screen to the time slot. 

   To schedule a treatment plan appointment from the Location tab:

1. From the Location tab, select Appt Worklist > Treatment Plan List.
2. Click the patient's name in the list to view the patient’s Treatment Plan.
3. Click Schedule Appointment.
4. In the Appointment for window, click Treatment Plan.
5. Select the procedure and click Add to Appointment.
6. Click Schedule Appointment.
7. Navigate to the time slot in the Schedule.
8. Click-and-drag the appointment from the left side of the screen to the time slot.
