Sensei Cloud allows you to print a list of the scheduled appointments (as well as previous appointments if selected in the print settings) for a patient from their home page. This feature is especially useful for when patients request a printed copy of their upcoming appointments.
To print a patient's Appointment Card:
- From the Patient tab, select Home.
- Navigate to the Appointments list beneath the patient information.
- Click the Printer
icon. The Print Scheduled Appointments window is displayed.
- Select if you want to include "completed" appointments (in addition to the scheduled appointments).
Note:
-- If you select to include "completed" appointments, this is a list of past appointments; the appointment does not technically have to be at a Completed state.
-- However, including "completed" appointments does not include the patient's entire appointment history. Appointments that were either never checked in (e.g., left in Scheduled status) or are in a Pending status are not included in this list.
-- The "completed" appointments includes appointments from a rolling window of the last three years. - Select a date sort order of ascending or descending.
- Enter a note, if applicable.
- Click Print. A PDF file of the Appointment Card is created and can be accessed from your Downloads folder. You can then quickly and easily print it.
Note: The Appointment Card printout is not saved in the Patient Files. However, you can print a new copy of the Appointment Card at any time.
