You can view a list of previous, pending, and upcoming scheduled appointments for a patient by navigating to Patient > Home.
Click on the Previous, Pending, or Scheduled tab, and a list of relevant appointments is displayed. The status, date, time, duration, chair, and location details are shown for each appointment.
Click on an appointment to expand the details. You can then click Appointment Details to take further action as needed. For example, you can schedule a pending appointment or edit the details of a scheduled appointment.
You can also click the icon to navigate directly to an appointment in the Schedule or Diary Day View.
Since this icon navigates to appointments that are on the Schedule or Diary Day View, it is not present next to pending appointments.

Printing the Appointment Card
You also have the ability to provide a printout of the Appointments list to a patient. The Appointment Card printout includes any scheduled appointments and can also include certain past appointments, if configured in the print settings.
