Sensei Cloud allows you to update the anatomy of a completed procedure. You can perform this action from the patient's Procedure History List (Patient > Clinical > Procedure History).
Note: Users without Administrator permissions need to be granted permission to access the Procedure History. See How to Assign Group and User Permissions for more information.
To edit the anatomy of a procedure:
- From the Anatomy column of the procedure, click the Pencil icon. The Edit Procedure Anatomy window is displayed.
- Edit the included anatomy for the procedure (e.g., Tooth/Quad, Surface(s), etc.).
- Click Save Changes. The anatomy is updated anywhere that it is mentioned, such as the Hard Tissue or Dental Chart, Clinical Chart, and the charge entry in the Patient Ledger.
Note:
-- When a procedure has been posted as a charge in the Patient Ledger, a dollar sign icon (US) or pound sign
icon (UK) is displayed next to the procedure description.
-- When you select to edit the anatomy, a warning message is displayed if the procedure has already been posted as a charge. Editing the procedure updates the information in the ledger, but it does not change previously created (printed and/or transmitted) items such as Claims, Clinical Notes, and Statements. You are asked to confirm if you want to proceed with the change.
