How to Print or Export Procedure Lists/Fee Schedules

You can print or export procedure lists / fee schedules from the Procedure Code and Fee Schedule window (Administration > Procedures & Fees > Procedure List & Fee Schedule). 

Under the Actions menu, there are option to Print Selected Procedure(s) or Export Selected Procedure(s).

To print or export a procedure list/fee schedule:

1. Select a procedure list/fee schedule from the for drop-down list.
2. Select the procedures you want to include.
   
   Note: 
   -- Select the checkbox in the header row to select all of the procedures. 
   -- You can filter the list by Active status, Treatment Type, or to show only procedures marked as Is Hygiene, Resets Recare, or Resets Last X-Ray Date.
   -- You can also use the Search field to narrow the procedures (e.g., search for the keyword implant).
3. Under Actions:
   -- Click Print Selected Procedures to create a report. A preview of the PDF is displayed. Save the file to access additional editing and printing options. 
   -- Click Export Selected Procedures to export the procedures to an Excel (CSV) file.
