How to Create an Online Booking Schedule in Patient Bridge

Note: To create a schedule you must have an active online booking service.

To create an online booking schedule in Patient Bridge:

1. Log in to Patient Bridge.
2. From the main menu, select Patient Portal.
   
3. Click Manage Schedule.
   
4. Click Add Schedule.
   
5. Complete all sections of the schedule:
   -- Day of the week: If you are open the same time on certain days you can create all in one. If not, select the appropriate days.
   -- Bookable Services: Select the service you want to open for online booking.
   -- Chair/Clinician: Select the same clinician in both of these sections.
   -- Start Time: Select the time you want to open the book from.
   -- End time: Select the time you want to open the book to.
   -- Appointment zone: This is the session types in Sensei Cloud; we recommend leaving this blank.
   
6. Repeat the process for each required dentist. The system will then break down each day and clinician with the time and dates so you can amend one day at a time where required.
