How to Add the NHS Location for the Global PR Form in Patient Bridge

Note: This is only pre-populated if you use the Global PR Form.

To add the NHS location for the Global PR Form:

1. Log in to Patient Bridge.
2. From the main menu, select Admin.
   
3.  Select Edit Practice.
   
4. Scroll down to the NHS Config section, and enter the NHS Provider Name and NHS Location Number. These are provided by the NHS.
