To exclude specific appointment types from receiving Patient Satisfaction questionnaires:
- Log in to Patient Bridge using a Practice Manager account.
- From the main menu, select Admin.
- Click Manage Treatment Filters.
- Click Add Filter.
- From the Filter Type drop-down list, select Patient Satisfaction.
- Leave the Sub Type as None.
- In the Available Treatments field, type each treatment item you would like to exclude from getting Patient Satisfaction questionnaires.
- Click Save.
