To set the run order of SMS Reminders:
- Log in to Patient Bridge as a Practice Manager.
- From the main menu, select Communications.
- Click Reminders.
- Click Configure Reminders.
- From the Actions drop-down list, select Manage Reminder Channels.
- From the channel line item, select Actions > Edit.
- Set the run order, with 0 being the first priority, followed by 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.
For example: If you want SMS reminders to take priority over emails, set the SMS run order to 0 and email to 1. - Click Save.
