Patient Bridge: Creating SMS Reminder Templates Recorded Class
To set up SMS Reminder Responses in Patient Bridge:
- Log in to Patient Bridge using a Practice Manager account.
- From the main menu, select Communications.
- Click Reminders.
- Click Manage Templates.
- Click Add Template.
- Select SMS as the template format.
- Enter a name for the template.
- For the Template Type, select Interactive (2 way).
- In the Reply field, enter the word Confirm.
Note: Only the word Confirm allows the response to write back to Sensei Cloud. - In the Content field, type the body of the reminder, using the merge fields on the right as needed.
- Click Save.
