Patient Bridge: Setting Up Failed to Attend Messages Recorded Class
To configure Fail to Attends (FTA):
- Log in to Patient Bridge using a Practice Manager account.
- From the main menu, select Communications.
- Click FTA.
- Set up FTA Group(s).
Note: This can be used if you want to set different FTA criteria for different schemes (e.g. for NHS patients or Private patients). - Create a template.
Note: For example, your practice might want one for each stage of the FTA (i.e., first miss, second miss). - Select Configure Rules.
- Click Add FTA.
- Enter a name for the FTA.
- In the Missed Appts field, enter the number of appointments that are missed to trigger the FTA.
- Select Consecutive if you want this rule to enforce on consecutive misses.
- Set a timeframe (i.e., the length of time until the criteria resets). The FTA campaign is now set up.
- Locate the FTA campaign in the list and then use the Actions drop-down list to select Manage Channels.
- Click Add FTA Channel.
- Enter the details for the following:
-- Campaign Name
-- Outbound Format
-- Missed Day
-- Message Template
-- Mailing Group - Click Save.
- Repeat this procedure as needed for further FTAs.
