Patient Bridge: Creating Letter Recall Templates Recorded Class
To create a Recall Template in Patient Bridge:
- Open Patient Bridge and log in as a Practice Manager.
- From the main menu, select Communications.
- Click Recalls.
- Click Manage Templates.
- Click Add Recall Template.
- Enter the template details as needed:
-- Template Format (e.g., SMS, Email, or Letter)
Note: The remaining fields vary depending on the format you have selected.
-- Template Name
-- Template Type: Outbound Only (1-way) or Interactive (2-Way) (meaning the patient can respond)
-- Content: Enter the message. - Click Save.
