Product Enhancements and New Features:

Credit Balance Report Enhancement

In response to customer requests, Sensei Cloud now includes responsible party contact information (address, phone number) on the printed Credit Balance Report. This improves the workflow for notifying parties with a credit balance and issuing refunds.

To print this report:

1. Select Location > Financial > Accounts Receivable.
2. Use the Account Type filter to select All Credit Balance.
   Note: Use the additional filters as needed to refine the list.
3. Under Actions, click Print Current View. A .PDF file is created with a Responsible Party column that includes the address (if defined) and phone number.
   

Note: Contact information is also visible on screen in the expanded line item details when the All Credit Balance filter is selected.

Implant Tracking Activation

The Implant Tracking feature is included for Oral Surgery practices. All practices using Sensei Cloud's Oral Surgery package should now have access to the feature. It is also available for purchase by other practices. Contact your Carestream Dental representative if you are interested in obtaining the Implant Tracking feature.
