Note: Implanting Tracking functionality is included in some subscription levels or can be purchased as an add-on module.
The Implant Tracking Report enables you to track how many implants are being placed in your office within a specific time period.
This report is a list of all completed implants that have been added to the clinical chart of a patient within the selected date range (e.g., Last 90 Days), and this list can be filtered as needed. See How to Track Implants in the Clinical Chart (EMR) for more information on adding an implant card to a patient's chart.
You can view the Implant Tracking Report for a single location (Location tab > To Do > Implant Tracking) or access the list for all locations (All Locations tab > To Do > Implant Tracking).
To generate this report:
- From the Location or All Locations tab, select To Do > Implant Tracking. The Implant Tracking list is displayed.
- Use the Filter List options to narrow the list by certain criteria such as insert date, provider, or implant manufacturer, if needed. The list refreshes based on your selections.
Note: You can click on the column heads to sort the list by patient name, implant manufacturer, implant brand, insert date, etc. You can also click on the Patient Name to open the Patient Snapshot.
- Under Actions, click Export to Excel to export the report to a spreadsheet.
