Sensei Cloud provides several reports and worklists that Oral Surgery practices may find particularly useful.
Financial Daysheet
(Location > Financial > Daysheet)
The Daysheet gives an overview of the day's finances, including all Daily Totals, Deposit Slip, Totals Summary, and Transaction Details. You can also print reports for each of these sections as needed.
See How to Use the Financial Daysheet.
Accounts Receivable
(Location > Financial > Accounts Receivable)
The Accounts Receivable Report displays all non-zero accounts by default. You can refine the list by Account Type and/or Doctor.
See How to Print the Accounts Receivable Report.
Applied Payments
(Location > Financial > Applied Payments)
For practices that pay providers based on collections, Sensei Cloud's Applied Payments functionality enables you to apply funds from posted credits to open debits (charges). The Applied Payments window enables you to view, filter, and report on the applied payment distributions.
See How to Enable and Use Applied Payments and How to Access and Report on Applied Payments.
Provider Production
(Location > Financial > Provider Production)
The financial management features enable you to track and report on production by provider, including associated charges, adjustments, discounts, and write-offs for a specified reporting period.
See How to Generate Provider Production Reports.
Patient Follow-Up
(Location > To Do > Patient Follow-Up List)
You can use this worklist like a "night-call" list to follow up with patients after appointments and encounters.
See How to Use the Patient Follow-Up List.
Referral Follow-Up
(Location > To Do > Referral Follow-Up List)
This worklist consolidates the task of writing/sending referral follow-ups in one place. A patient is added to the list when an appointment is completed (checked out) that was the result of a referral, and removed from the list once the correspondence is sent. A record of the letter/email is saved in the Patient Correspondence window.
See How to Send a Referral Follow-Up Letter.
Referral Reports
(Location > Referrals)
You can store and manage your referral source information, and use that information to generate multiple reports about activity associated with those referral sources.
From the Location > Referrals menu, you can generate the following reports:
- Interactions by Referral Source
- Procedure Trend Analysis
- Productivity by Referral Source
- Referral Activity
For instructions on how to enter, update, and manage referral source information, see How to Manage Referral Sources and view the Managing Referrals Recorded Class.
