Sensei Cloud Training Resources

Three different training options are available for Sensei Cloud users with an active maintenance agreement. We recommend training for new team members and hope that you will find an option that works well for you and your team.

Self-Paced Training

Recorded classes are available on the Carestream Dental Institute (CDI) at no additional cost to Sensei Cloud users. To review self-paced training, request an account and get started!

• Request a CDI Account using this online form. In the Comments field, enter Sensei Cloud Training. https://www.carestreamdental.com/en-us/about/contact-us/
• Within two business days, you will receive a welcome email with instructions for logging into the CDI (www.carestreamdental.com/cdi).
• After logging in, view Sensei Cloud training content from the COURSE CATALOG.
  Select Practice Management > Sensei Cloud.
• Search the Course Catalog for specific topics OR click View Learning Plans to add plans. Expand the plan and take the associated courses. Learning plans are groups of content recommended for new employees.

Are you wondering about new updates? Join us each month as the Sensei Cloud product team shares what’s coming on our roadmap. Then a trainer will demonstrate the new features and enhancements that were added to the latest release of Sensei Cloud. At the end, you will have an opportunity to talk with one of our team members during the live Q&A session.

 Live Remote Training

Live remote training is available at an hourly rate or bundled in three-hour increments for those who want one-on-one time with a trainer. Live remote training is customized to the needs of the user or practice. To make the most of your time with a trainer, we recommend that you complete related self-paced content and that you put together a list of specific questions.
