New Features, Fixes, and Enhancements

This release includes the following enhancements:

Month View in the Schedule (US) / Diary (UK)

In response to UserVoice feedback, Sensei Cloud now enables you to view the scheduled appointments in a Practice Location for an entire month at a time (Location or All Locations > Schedule / Diary). The Month View provides you with a high-level view of the level of relative availability of each appointment or time slot for each day in the month, allowing you to find open appointment slots with scrolling day-by-day.

From the upper right options in the Schedule / Diary, select Month View, and use the arrows that surround the Month Name to change the month you want to focus on. 

Note: If viewing from the All Locations tab, the selected location defaults to your logged-in location. You can use the drop-down list to change the practice location, if needed.  

Each date in the month is displayed on the top in a horizontal line, and the times are displayed on the left in a vertical panel. This view allows you to take a quick look at every date and time in the selected month and easily see which time slots are open, closed for booking, or booked in some capacity.

Tip: You can click anywhere within a specific date column to open the Day View for that date.  

There is a legend available in the left panel that you can review and compare against the Month View to verify the status of the time slots:

• Light Gray: The time slot is closed and blocked from scheduling appointments.
• White: The time slot is fully open (i.e., no appointments are scheduled in any of the columns yet).
• Light Blue: The time slot has a single appointment booked and there is still time available to schedule in.
• Dark Blue: The time slot has at least two appointments in a slot, but there is at least one remaining column to book in.
• Dark Gray: The time slot is fully booked; there is no more availability for scheduling in this slot.

Filtering the Month View

You can also customize the Month View by taking advantage of the filter options in the left panel.

• Select the Manage Schedule View cog icon to select to Display Schedule Production Data or Show Working Hours.
• View by Chairs, Assigned Chairs, or Providers.
  • Chairs: Use the Select Chairs ([#] of [#]) menu to narrow the view to certain chairs. 
  • Assigned Chairs: Use the All Providers menu to narrow the view to chairs assigned to certain providers. You can also select to Include Unassigned Chairs / Columns if needed. 
  • Providers: Use the All Providers menu to narrow the view to certain providers. You can quickly see the open time for a provider that is not assigned specific chairs. 
• Use the Select Days menu to filter to certain days of the week, or All Weekdays. This determines which days of the week to include appointment slot data for in the Month View. 
  
  Note: Days that are not included (e.g., Monday and Friday) are grayed out and applicable dates become blank columns in the Month View, allowing you to zone in on the appointment slots for the selected days.

In addition to filtering the view, you can also:

• Click [#] Scheduled to view schedule statistics for the appointments that are booked during the selected month.
• From the Actions menu, click Print Current View to export the Month View to a PDF.

View Today's Cancelled Appointments in the Appointment List 

A new Show Today's Cancelled Appointments option has been added to the Appointment List (Location or All Locations > Appt Worklists > Appointment List) to allow you to display all of the appointments that were cancelled on the current date.

Cancelled appointments are highlighted in the list in the color shown below.
