Sensei Cloud gives you the ability to audit Schedule (US) / Diary (UK) activity per team member for a specified reporting period.
This feature enables you to track the details of when a team member performed specific appointment-based activity for a patient, such as scheduling an appointment, cancelling an appointment, changing the procedures that are assigned to an appointment, editing an appointment duration, and other scheduling-related changes.
The Scheduler / Diary History Audit Report is available from the Audits menu of the Dashboard tab (Dashboard > Audits > Scheduler History / Diary History).
The Scheduler / Diary History Audit Report includes a list of users that have performed scheduling actions in the selected time period.
Click on the User's line item to expand it and view the specific details for any appointment-related actions that the team member performed. The entries are displayed in a descending order, with the most recent changes at the top of the list.
When a User is selected, you can view the following information for each appointment-related action:
- Date/Time
- Practice Location
- Patient (i.e., Patient whose Appointment was affected by the action)
- Scheduling Action (Add, Move, Edit, or Cancel)
- Description of the Scheduling Action
Tip: Use the Search Patients field to search for a specific Patient and narrow the list to only the appointment actions that are directly related to them. To enable Patient Search, you must first select a User and expand their list of appointment-related activity.
Note: The reporting period defaults to the Last 7 Days, but the date range can be edited from the Filter List.
You can filter the report by:
- User: Select specific users to include in the report. This defaults to All Users.
- Date: Select a date range. This defaults to Last 7 Days.
- Locations: Select specific locations. This defaults to All Locations.
- Action: Add, Move, Edit or Cancel. This defaults to All.
Important: You must click Apply Filter to apply the selected filters to the list. Click Reset to reset the filters to the default selections.
Exporting the Report
From the Actions menu, click Export to export the report to a CSV file. A message is displayed alerting the user that the report has been requested, and an additional message is displayed when the report is downloaded and ready to view.
