How to View and Generate a Log In History Report

Sensei Cloud allows you to view an audit of log in sessions for members of your practice and generate a Log In History report. Use this report to identify the details of when and from what IP address users are logging in as well as to verify log in and log out times and the duration of each session. 

From the Dashboard tab, select Audits > Log In History.

The on-screen report includes columns for User, User Email, Sessions, and Total Log Time (Hours).

You can filter the report by:

• User
• Log In Date
• Log In Time
• Log Out Time
• Location

Note: You must click Apply Filter to apply the selected filters to the list.

Click on a user's line item in the list to expand it and view further details.

When the line item is expanded, you can view specific log in and log out details for the user for each session, including:

• Log In Date
• Practice Locations
• Log In Time (Hours)
• Log Out Date
• Log Out Time (Hours)
  Note: When there are dashes (----) in a particular session, this indicates that the browser was closed without the team member officially logging out. Be sure to use the button from the User Menu to record an accurate log out time. 
• Time (Hours)
• IP Address

Printing and Exporting 

From the Actions menu, click Print All to generate a PDF of the report, or click Export to export the report to a CSV file.  A message is displayed alerting the user that the report has been requested, and an additional message is displayed when the report is downloaded and ready to view.

The pages in the PDF file are separated by user. The CSV file includes a row for each log-in session, so there may be multiple rows for a single user.
