Sensei Cloud allows you to create a Visit Report that provides insight into the appointment activity for a defined reporting period by generating a list of non-pending appointments for the specified period, grouped by Appointment Type, Provider, or Location.
Depending on the selected report format (i.e., the level of detail selected) and report grouping, the report output may include information such as procedure count, appointment fee, appointment duration, the number of new patients, number of total patients, the total number of appointments, etc.
The Visit Report can be created by using the Report Generator (Locations or All Locations > Financials > Report Generator). See How to Use the Report Generator for the detailed report generation procedure.
You can choose to group the report output by Appointment Type, or Provider. You also have the option to group by Location if you are accessing the Report Generator from the All Locations tab.
Note: The tables that are included are dictated by the selected report grouping. The line items in the table provide more information, such as the total number of patients with a non-pending appointment scheduled in the selected reporting period, the number new patients seen (or scheduled to be seen), procedure count, etc.
The selected Reporting Period defaults to one day (i.e. yesterday's date), but you can select a different date or date range by clicking the Calendar icon.
The available columns to include in the report vary based on the report format selection, which can be either Totals, Totals and Subtotals, or Totals, Subtotals, and Details. For example, when Totals, Subtotals, and Details is selected, you can select to add the appointment Start Time and/or Length to the report.
The Visit Report always includes the overall Procedure Count and Total Appointments at the top of the screen, regardless of which report grouping and report format were selected.
Tip: Use the Filter Parameters to refine the report to specific providers or appointment types.
When generated, the selected report outputs are available in the Generated Reports list for viewing, printing, or exporting. You can also select the report line item to expand the details.
Note: Click the Trash Can icon to delete a report that is no longer needed.
